Hotel Spa Heviz

We had a great stay at this place. The location right at the lake was amazing, surrounded by a beautiful park. The staff were extremely helpful and nice, making our stay very comfortable. Our room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. We loved that we had a balcony room on the garden side, it was quiet and peaceful. The access to the thermal lake was a bonus and included in the price of the room. we had a fantastic experience here.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Location is perfect. The hotel is situated very close to Heviz lake and main spa center in a quiet and green area. Breakfast is variable enough + some dishes are diabetic. Termal pool with massage zones is very nice and effective).

The hotel location was great, close to the spa and within walking distance to several attractions. One of the best things was the food, especially the breakfast buffet which had a range of tasty options. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay more enjoyable.

The room was disappointing, with outdated and worn furnishings that were not up to standard. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the room was unsatisfactory, with dirty bed sheets and dusty surfaces. The lack of any tea or coffee making facilities in the room was also a downside.

It was my second sojourn in the hotel in last 12 months, i.e. I have been always satisfied. Location near thermal lake is the unique feature. Quiet neighborhood, well kept park/garden, birdsongs.

This is a spa with thermal pools. If that is what you are looking for this hotel is perfect.

This hotel boasts of a superb location near the wonderful hot springs lake, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. the rooms are clean, spacious, and well-designed with physically impaired guests in mind. the staff is polite and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. the breakfast is good with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel's massage service is top-notch, ensuring a rejuvenating experience.

Some guests may find that the restaurant's food lacks variety.

I spent in this hotel more than a week. Services included free access (3 hrs. A day) to thermal lake, richer breakfast buffet, helpful German/English speaking personel, room 's safe for valuables, free adjacent parking lot, large bathroom, balcony, WiFi. I appreciated comfortable bed and quiet park outside.

Internet accessible in the lobby only. Small caps for morning tea.

The stay was a relaxing one. the key location of the hotel was perfect, as it was just a short walk away from the town and the famous lake. the on-site spa service provided great amenities. the inclusive breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety of food options for all.

Considering the majority of the staff present spoke little English, communication was difficult. the lack of organization in both the rooms and the amenities caused a bit of confusion and stress during the stay.

The food was great - nice and tasty. The town is fascinating and the people are friendly. The indoor pool and classes like yoga and Nordic walking were enjoyable. The staff at the reception was very nice and helpful.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect - just a short walk to the beautiful thermal lake, and situated in a lovely park area with old trees. The hotel facilities were also great, with an indoor pool filled with thermal water, a sauna, and a wellness centre that offered various services. We particularly appreciated the free electronic ticket to the lake for our entire stay. Lastly, the staff were all very polite and helpful.
